perfume bottle
This silhouette is a bottle of crown. It looks like a bottle of cologne, a bottle of lotion, or some kind of liquor. The taste would be minty, and the smell would be musky.
This is a silhouette of a bottle of wheat beer, when I look at this I could possibly see this being either a bottle of root beer, or an alcoholic beverage. Perhaps a wine cooler with a berry flavor.
The silhouette above is a bottle of water. I think it looks like a cheap bottle of water that tastes like tap water and the manufactures just put it in a bottle to make money.

Saul Bass 'movie poster'
The drawings on this poster look like it is trying to appeal to a younger crowd. The poster makes it seem like it would be more of a fantasy movie than a real life movie. You can tell by looking at the poster that it will be in England, because there is a tiny piece of the world with Big Ben sticking up on it. I would think that there are many ways to travel the world, but the characters choice of transportation is by a hot air balloon. By using the red color for "Around the world in 80 days" is a good choice because it makes the title of the movie very noticeable, where as the movies director is less noticeable, blending in by using black.

Comic Strip
Mama's Boyz by Jerry Craft. The whole time the mom was excited because she thought her son was finally wearing his pants correctly and not sagging them, when it was really just a pair of shorts. The shorts were just an illusion to his mom, and the son looked let down by his moms reaction in the end.
Living with Le$ by Lyman Dally. This strip is showing how much times have changed over the years. The dad was amazed that his son could look/fill out applications over the internet instead of going to the actual business. When his dad says "you got off your a$s and went out to look for one", the son proceeded to just take his laptop to the place and continue looking. He took what his dad said the complete wrong way.
